Return policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with a purchase, the item(s) can be returned for a product exchange or store credit within 14 days of the order’s delivery date. In order for returns to be accepted, all items must be in perfect condition with the hygiene seal and the original packaging.

V-Destination reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the return policy detailed online and in the Return Instructions accompanying an order. In the case of unauthorized or non-standard returns, the merchandise will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order.

  • Product exchange

Items can be exchanged for a different size or an alternative style.  

  • Store Credit

Store credit can be used on a future order within 6 months of the return.

 

Return fees

Who covers the shipping costs depends on why you're returning it. If the item was damaged, faulty, or doesn’t match the listing description, the company pays for return shipping.
You pay for return shipping if you’re returning the item because you changed your mind or you whan to exchance with other size, design. If you’re responsible for the return shipping costs, you can choose how to send the item back to the seller. If you choose to use your own carrier, we recommend using a tracked service. Tracking lets the seller know the item is on its way and allows V-Destination to see the progress of the return in case there’s an issue we’re asked to help with.

 

Return instructions

Making a return or exchange is easy. Just follow these instructions and make sure you send your item(s) back to us within 14 days of receiving your order.

 

  • You can email at info@v-destination.com within 7 working days of receiving your order with note return.

  • You will then receive an email confirming your returns request and information about your compensation options. This email will also include your Returns Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to arrange your return collection.

  • Confirm your chosen compensation method.

  • To return your package to us, fill in the returns form. These must be included in your returned package.Or print the return form

  • Call the courier to arrange pick up and note that items must be returned within 7 days after receiving your RAN.

  • Once we receive and accept your returned package, we will contact you confirming receipt of your return.
